Hardwood floors become dull and dirty over time just like carpets, which are regularly professionally cleaned to extend their life. Professional hardwood maintenance can dramatically improve the appearance of your hardwood floor and bring back the original luster. Cleaning hardwood floors can be a challenging task that extends beyond the capabilities of your mop or broom. We use Basic Coatings® deep cleaning process to remove the toughest dirt and residue, safely and effectively. Our cleaning process is 100% dustless!

 Our Process:

1. Call our office and schedule a free inspection by one of our trained professionals
2. Our trained professional will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your hardwood floor explaining the cleaning and refinishing process and answering all of your questions
3. A free detailed written estimate will be given to you at the end of the assessment
4. First, we come in and prep your floor by thoroughly dry mopping from baseboard to baseboard
5. We pay particular attention to edges, difficult corners, door jambs and stairs
6. Then we clean the floor using Basic® Coatings Dirt DragonÔ and proprietary I.F.T. Intensive Floor Cleaning Treatment that aggressively attacks tough dirt
7. This is followed by a final cleaning step with the Coatings Dirt DragonÔ to pick up any remaining dirt and neutralize the hardwood floor
8. Finally, the entire hardwood floor is microfiber mopped for a streak free shine leaving the floor spotless and residue free
9. Depending upon your floors finish our trained professional will discuss reapplying a maintenance coat to your hardwood floor after the cleaning is complete
